Terms of sale
These terms explain how an order with DisplaySourcing (Guangdong Mingjinkang Technology Co., Ltd.) works. The quotation and proforma invoice for your order state the exact price, payment terms, Incoterm and lead time; where they differ from this page, the signed documents apply.
1. Quotations
Quotations are made per model and configuration and list the specification, unit price, currency, Incoterm (EXW, FOB South China port, CIF or DDP on request), packing and validity period. Prices for screens and memory follow component markets, so an expired quotation is re-confirmed before ordering.
2. Samples and approvals
Standard models can be ordered from 1 unit. For OEM and ODM orders, mass production starts only after you approve in writing: the drawings or renderings, the software build and the physical sample. Packing lists and photos are sent for approval before shipping.
3. Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are stated on the proforma invoice. Production is scheduled after the agreed deposit is received; the balance is due as agreed before shipment or against shipping documents.
4. Lead time and shipping
Sample and mass-production lead times depend on the model, customization and quantity and are confirmed in writing in the quotation. Goods are packed in export cartons or wooden crates as specified. Risk transfers according to the Incoterm on the invoice.
5. Warranty and support
Every unit carries a one-year warranty from shipment and lifetime maintenance. Software issues are handled remotely. During the warranty period, failed parts are replaced and shipped to you; physical damage, misuse and unauthorised modification are not covered. After the warranty, parts and repair work are quoted case by case.
6. Certification
Test reports for the base model are provided on request. Certification in your company name or for additional markets (UL, UKCA, KC, PSE and others) is quoted separately per order.
7. Drawings, designs and confidentiality
Drawings and information you send are used only for your project and can be covered by a non-disclosure agreement before you share them. Ownership of custom ODM designs and any tooling is agreed in the contract before development starts. Your logo and brand assets remain yours.
