How a custom display order runs
Every custom order follows the same six steps, from the first brief to after-sales support. The process comes from the factory’s standard customization workflow and keeps drawings, samples and approvals in writing at each stage.

- 01
Brief & quote
Use case, size, quantity and target market reviewed by an engineer; you receive a proposal and price.
- 02
Solution & contract
Spec sheet, drawings and price confirmed in writing before any tooling starts.
- 03
Industrial design
Cabinet structure, finish and branding designed and approved by you.
- 04
Software & hardware
Firmware, publishing system or your own app matched to the chosen board and peripherals.
- 05
Sample & testing
Burn-in, function and packaging tests on the sample before mass production.
- 06
Ship & support
Packing, shipping, follow-up visits, one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.
What you approve, and when
- Proposal and price — before the contract
- Drawings and renderings — before structure and tooling
- Software build — before sample assembly
- Physical sample — before mass production
- Packing list and photos — before shipping
After-sales
Every unit carries a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. Software issues are handled remotely; hardware parts are shipped for replacement. Follow-up visits are part of the standard process.
